Corporate partner Ryan M. Hamaguchi will present on legal issues for the participants of the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii’s (the “Chamber”) Impact SmallBiz Accelerator.
A partnership between the Chamber and Hawaii Technology Development Corporation, this is a five-month statewide program designed to support small businesses and early-stage entrepreneurs, fostering growth to diversify and fortify Hawaiʻi’s economy through mentorship, training, and an opportunity to showcase their business. The initiative is part of the Chamber’s 2030 Blueprint Plan, a large-scale transformative master plan with the aim of shaping Hawai‘i’s economic future as the top place to do business.
Ryan’s presentation will focus on corporate issues, including liability protection tips, basic components of contracts entrepreneurs should be aware of, and the challenges they may encounter in growing their business.
