Honolulu (December 1, 2023)—Seasoned real estate attorney Mark K. Murakami has joined Cades Schutte, effective December 1.
Mark has been practicing in Hawai‘i for over 35 years, with a practice focusing on real property, including complex real estate transactions, commercial real estate development and operations with an emphasis on purchases and sales of property, retail and office lease negotiation and administration, multi-party development agreements, dedication of infrastructure projects to governmental authorities, real estate subdivisions, and easements. He advises high-profile clients including James Campbell Company, and has extensive experience in Land Court (Torrens System) judicial and non-judicial matters.
