HONOLULU (August 2021)–Cades Schutte LLP is proud to announce that Geoffrey T. Mukae has joined the firm’s Honolulu office as Of Counsel, effective August 25, 2021.
Geoff has over 20 years of experience as a corporate and business attorney in Hawai‘i, New York City, Silicon Valley, and Tokyo. He has represented a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital financing, real estate, and other commercial transactions. Prior to joining Cades Schutte, Geoff was working at another large law firm in Hawai‘i.
