Reyn practices in the areas of real estate, banking and finance, public utilities, energy, water resources, and construction. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star since 2023.

Reyn represents clients ranging from large institutions to individuals in purchase and sale transactions, title and entitlement due diligence, financing, and construction documentation. He also represents public utility companies and common carriers in rate, regulatory, and other proceedings before the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Hawai‘i.

Born in Wailuku and raised in Honolulu, Reyn is a graduate of ʻIolani School. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History, cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College and earned his law degree from the University of Hawai‘i, William S. Richardson School of Law.

As a law student, Reyn was a Senior Editor for the Asian Pacific Law and Policy Journal, competed as a member of the Thomas Tang Moot Court team, and earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest grades in Lawyering Fundamentals I and II.
