Trisha’s practice focuses on high-stakes litigation and encompasses a wide range of areas including bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, water resources, non-competition covenants, and educational institutions. Trisha has experience in all aspects of litigation and has litigated before administrative agencies, trial courts and appellate courts.
Trisha earned her law degree, summa cum laude, from William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawai‘i. As a law student, Trisha served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Gary W.B. Chang, Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawai‘i. She also served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the University of Hawai‘i Law Review, and received numerous awards, including the Starn O’Toole Marcus & Fisher Scholarship; James Koshiba Law Review Scholarship; Aimee and Ronald H.W. Lum, Jr. Law Review Editor(s)-in-Chief Scholarship; CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for the highest grade in Contracts II, Intellectual Property, Trusts & Estates, Federal Income Taxation, and Government Contracts Law.
She is a member of the firm’s Recruiting and Centennial Committees.
