Kona (May 30, 2024)—Cades Schutte LLP, Hawai‘i’s largest law firm, announces the strategic expansion of its capabilities on the Big Island of Hawai‘i with the relocation of partner Sachi E. Hiatt. Formerly based in the Honolulu office, Sachi will now operate in a hybrid capacity between the Kona, Waimea, and Honolulu offices, enhancing the firm’s ability to serve clients across the islands.
Sachi is a partner in Cades Schutte’s Finance, Real Estate, and Corporate Department and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role. Her practice focuses on real estate sales and acquisitions, legal issues associated with the formation and maintenance of condominiums, and land use review. Her move will enable her to be more accessible to clients on the Big Island. Raised on the Big Island and a graduate of Hawai‘i Preparatory Academy, Sachi’s deep roots and local knowledge will further strengthen Cades Schutte’s commitment to serving the community.
